Saturday night we heard the sound of distant drums, Well not that distant actually – it was coming from the brownfield site opposite the Stubbing Wharf. We headed down there and discovered that it was the very wonderful Drum Machine who were shooting a video, complete with smoke machine and lasers. As we walked onto the site we were asked, “Are you the fire-breathers?”. It crossed my mind that we might try and busk it, but on reflection we were probably wise to leave it to the professionals. It was looking great – the site makes a pretty convincing setting for a scene of post-apocalyptic devastation, Can’t wait to see the results
